Hello again Father
I hope you're actually getting these. I should start dating them so you know when I'm writing. I've been very bad at keeping up to date on the current day or week. Might be from spending a lot of time in caves and fire temples. Though I do know that it starts to snow earlier up north here than it ever did back at home. We actually got to see quite a bit of snow. Even though I'm not really sure what day it is, I do know that we never saw snow this early. It was quite lovely.
We had to go even further north today to go in search of the real Patrick and Gerald. After bringing the Doppelganger to the Council, they were able to gain more information out of him than we were. Though strangely enough he did seem kind of freaked out by me. Maybe he hasn't seen a lot of tieflings before? What we gathered was this:
Whatever information it was that the Boss wanted, either the Doppelganger really didn't know or he refused to tell us any more.
So with what we had, we went off on an 8 hour hike outside the city to find this graveyard crypt. The trek may have been longer due to the snow and a surprise attack from two huge snow cats. We're all fine now, we're camping overnight to wait out the cold night. Oh, I should add, if you ever run into a snow cat, the best way to approach the situation is not by pretending you're bigger than it.
