Session 5
Dear Dad,
This one might be a bit quick, but I'm sure it's fine. You'll be getting most of these all at the same time. We haven't met the dragon yet, right now we're resting in the middle of the fire plane cause turns out a whole bunch of creatures here like to blow up unannounced.
We fought a whole bunch of them, these things called magmin and then these snakes just made entirely out of fire. The snakes don't blow up, but they are made entirely out of fire. So, still dangerous. Most of us were being careful, but the Professor was just opening doors willy nilly and alerting everyone to our presence. Obviously Xenyria yelling at everyone to sneak isn't working. Gorjun not getting himself killed thus far is his only argument for why he doesn't have to sneak around. I'm a little curious as to who allowed this man to educate others in a professional manner. Unless his credentials are fake.
But I enjoy Gorjun's company, he and I think similarly. At least, we're both really curious and just wanna learn. Just before we stopped to rest, we broke into a room that was hidden behind an arcane lock. It felt so cool to break through the magic and walk inside to find a whole library! The two of us could've been in there for hours, but the rest of the group got bored and left. Edelweiss got scared and left, though I'm not too sure what's up with that. So Gorjun and I took some books to study and we compared notes and such. It felt pretty cool, I wonder if this is what study groups feel like.
