Port Restand
Nestled within the protections of walls created by a massive explosion that occurred during the war of divinity. The local rumor here is that this is the place that Akadi, The Wavemother originally crashed into the material plane here, and still blesses the port with bounties of life within the small bay. The city now is technically a protectorate under the Great Ramas Empire, though their isolation leaves them isolated from much of the imperialist attitude of of the Royalty in Ramas.
The city is managed by a locally elected governor, and so long as they pay their taxes to the Empire, they are left to their peaceful idyllic lifestyle here. The weather is very temperate, and rich merchants from both Ibsar and Ramas will come to visit and spend the colder months here.
