Oakensfield

Located between Nu-Fou and Arivon. A generally quiet village and close-knit community, which offers some comfortable sanctuary to those traveling into the western valley.

History

Mon Yorm, 588 P.I.C - A number of citizens were taken by a clan of mad goblins to a cave at the south end of the Setting Ridge. A group of travelling adventures rescued the villagers before the clan's shaman could sacrifice them. After the rescue, one member of the group stayed in town to settle down. Since then, the Lichen-Blessed Children have entered into negotiations to form a symbiotic alliance with the village, as the actions of the adventurers unknowingly helped the druidic tribe as well.

Mtn Man Brewing "Iqari Inspired Ales, Meads, and Whiskey" - One of the adventurers who rescued the villagers, a Goliath named Thotham, settled down in Oakensfield as he felt at home in the small and less-populous environment. He got to work setting up the equipment to start his own brewery. Thotham partnered with a retired mage to magically accelerate the brewing process, in order to start operations as soon as possible.
