Norwynne
The northernmost country in Nerunia, bordering Meintalia, Enuthia and Passola. Norwynne is a frozen tundra covered in thick snow and ice year round that is incredibly difficult to access as it's cut off from the majority of Nerunia by the Karagors Mountain Range, which gives the benefit of a natural defensive barrier against the undead horde of Enuthia. As such, the native people residing here are hardy, determined survivors that live off the land.
The people of Nowrynne are separated into the nomadic tribes that roam the wilderness following herds of animals and the permanant residents of the few settlements in the country that survive by claiming dominion over specific resource-rich areas, living off of the bounty of the seas and lakes, or raiding other settlements. Though there are several savage, marauding tribes, the majority of people here have a respect for one another and hospitality is considered incredibly important in their culture. It is a culture of brave warriors, skilled navigators, hardy survivors and affluent sea traders, a variety of traits that all boil down to one thing: Strength.
A secluded home to great heroes and impressively powerful monsters, Norwynne is often regarded in a similar way as legends and folklore by the populations living to the south who struggle to believe the fantastical tales spread by the sea traders. Interestingly, Norwynne has a lot of proiminent Demi-God's residing, or even ruling, in the various settlements.
