North Passolan Grasslands

The North Passolan Grasslands is the region where The Empire moved to and settled when Faramel's Prairie fell during the invasion . It is the main region of the empire and Meintalia. Other than the few settlements here, the majority of the area is taken up by sprawling grassland with occasional hills, ideal for agriculture.

Cardinoll is the new capitol of the Empire in Meintalia and the largest human settlement in the country. The North Passolan Grasslands is also home to Port Rainell, a thriving hub of trade throughout the empire. There are several other smaller settlements in the Northern Grasslands, including Dramsville, Heria, Kulia and Rudderton.

Geography

The North Passolan Grasslands sit on the northern coast of Meintalia with the Kalukon Snowfield and Karagors Mountain Range to the north, The Great Forest to the west and the South Passolan Grasslands to the south. The majority of the grasslands is flat, but at the border to the southern grasslands you'll find The Stretching Hills, one of the few places in Meintalia where Giants still live.

The Northern Grasslands are home to a variety of mortal races. Humans are the predominant race here, living alongside some Elves, Dwarves, Gnomes and even Orcs. Along with these races, half races such as half-elves and half-orcs are fairly common.
