Passola

The westernmost country in Nerunia bordering Meintalia,Norwynne, Sashakar and The Elisian Isles, Passola is the home country of The Passolan Empire. It is a sprawling landscape of rich grasslands, unique architecure, incredible cities and rich coastline. Home to many heroes and legends, as well as boasting one of the largest military forces in Luxum, Passola is at the forefront of modern civilisation and progression. It's engineers and architects are second to none, and the larger cities are favourites of Politheus, who some say even had a direct hand in their design.

The residents of Passola take pride in their homeland and enjoy a fairly comfortable and safe life. Having such a large military means that Passola is one of the safest places to live, with less monsters than any other country in Nerunia. It's troubles are more political, stemming from the conflicts of those in power rather than the dangers of the natural world.

The country has suffered slightly in recent years since the fall of it's sister state, Enuthia, resulting in an influx of refugees and annexing of the country from it's sprawling empire, however their affluence persists and most still consider the country to be a bastion of mortal achievement. It is protected from the looming mass of undead in Enuthia by the sprawling river that naturally forms the border between the two countries. Whilst not a foolproof defensive measure, in combination with the frequent border garrisons the undead are largely held at bay with ease.
