Rightfin
The low-rent quarter of Corran civilization in the Wandering City, Rightfin is predominantly known for being the location of the busiest docks on the Shell.
Permeated with the smells of greasy meat, raw fish and algae from all the boats hoisted up into drydock, Rightfin is not an intuitively pleasant place to spend time. It has, however, recently gathered some undeserved credibility as a bohemian borough with a happening arts scene. And if one were to invest enough time into exploring its nooks and crannies, one would discover that this borough is not a faux dive. It's just a dive.
Power here is split between the official Corran municipal government and organized crime, predominantly controlled by the Frasca famiy. You might stand even odds of having the theft of your purse investigated by either of them, with a similar skim off the top if their investigation were to be successful.
