Magistrate Rolar Birult
The right hand to Lord Hathlus Alouart, Rolar is a young but ambitious magistrate, seeking to weather the daunting task of managing Oakdale's commerce and citizens. He is the go to man for resolving troubles within the town. Confident but overzealous at times due to his young age. He argues about nearly everything and is known to be a strict negotiator. If you're looking for a better bargain, it won't be found with Rolar. Lord Hathlus has to temper this fiery vigor from time to time but Hathlus values it nonetheless. Some of the more grouchy locals criticize his elven lineage but Lord Hathlus will not tolerate that kind of talk in his presence.
