Octius Nesserend

The Royal Magistrate, one of the members and leader of the Caeruleum Council. He is responsible for all matters that do not fall under the purview of the other members such as diplomacy. He is the chief advisor to the king and is seen as the number 2 in the nobility of Osland. His words hold just as much sway as the king for they are but almost the king's words themselves.
