Ke'Kaci Tribe
The Ke'kaci are a primarily goblin tribe that roams the lands of the Foretbasse along the southern border of the Sypi Confederacy near the Kingdom of Losana. They are considered to be a barely civilized, barely sentient tribe that only barely holds its position as a Confederate member thanks to their support against the Church of the One Sun and the Sihka Tribe during the civil war. They are well known raiders, and most of their goods and food come from raiding rather than hunting or gathering in the lush forests. They are typically given a wide berth by the other tribes in the region.
Structure
The Ke'kaci tribe is organized by the traditional goblin means of might makes right. Any legal challenges or disputes between families is typically handled by fighting, although rarely do the Ke'kaci rely on contests of brute strength. Typically they revere those who outmaneuver their opponents in combat, rather than simply pummeling them down. The Ke'kaci chief is therefore considered to be the most cunning of the tribe, and is able to appoint anyone he requires to lead raiding parties, initiate diplomacy with other tribes, or handle any disputes that a mere fight can't handle among the Ke'kaci themselves.
Public Agenda
The Ke'kacis are open proponents of violence and fighting along the borders of the Confederacy. They have loudly supported the destruction of the Church of the One Sun and its followers, and they have argued that any remaining worshipers of the One Sun in the Confederacy should be raided and their lives and livelihoods be considered forfeit to those who are not such followers. They are frequently in conflict with the Mor Tribe and even more frequently engaged in raids and low level warfare against the forces of the Kingdom of Losana.
Demography and Population
The Ke'kaci tribe is entirely made of goblins. Very rarely members of other races have tried to trade or settle down among the Ke'kaci, but have often found their ways too strange and alien to tolerate for very long. The Ke'kaci are known to be the most numerous of the tribes of the Sypi Confederacy, spread out among the southern border in various caves and encampments between raids.
