Obsidian Brink

When the world was created the Obsidian Brink was one of the first two locations to be formed, along with the Eridium Spires. The brink was home to the progenitor Dragons, who hatched from giant black eggs connected to the brink by ashy ground. They entered into a bitter war with the progenitor elves over who would inherit the new world below. The dragons eventually lost, being driven from their homes and scattered to the ends of the world.   The Obsidian Brink was then moved into by mages of the Eridium Spires, studying the latent draconic magic left in their home and eggs, hollowing out the dead eggs and building their blue stone and metal structures that became indicative of their civilization.   The Brink was finally found again in 230 when it returned to the central waters of Terra and was safely secured by Bhato Va'Losh and his allies. Persecuted Tieflings were allowed to move there by Bhato in the coming years.
