Resilience Park
Resilience Park is a large plaza located at the crossing of the Orc Highway and Maddison Avenue in New Keeleon of central Tarteria. The park's name represents the resilience of the orcish people and their determination in this land.
On 12 Adroth 5A 352, the Lightbringers brought the Santeem Republic aid caravan through Resilience Park on their way to Breakwater Keep. Demitri investigated the statue at the center, where he saw several Warden Rangers working to repair it.
Description
Resilience Park is a large and wide brick courtyard at the crossing of the Orc Highway and Maddison Avenue. It is constructed of alternating grey and white bricks. Every so often is a small tree and a grey stone bench. The crossing is often crowded with civilians, carts and wagons, and city guards and soldiers. News callers are present, as are postings for city ordinances, announcements, and job postings. A large, marble statue sits at the center of the park on a square platform. It's approximately twenty feet in height, and appears broken and incomplete. Golden metal bars have been bolted in and intertwined to support additional marble pieces in a repair attempt. As of 5A 352, the statue was missing its head, right hand, and weapon. The statue is of Warlord Keel, the First Orc King, and was being reconstructed from pieces recovered from old Keeleon Castle.History
