Rosebrier Hall

Named after the founding patron of one of the prior Dukes of Rosebrier, Rosebrier Hall is one of most commonly used lecture and concert venues in Novandria proper. Often used by the guilds and as a rental hall for academic presentations and smaller concerts, the hall is centrally located outside the merchant quarter. While the nobility are rarely seen attending events here, the middle class is more than happy to attend social events in a hall founded precisely for that purpose.
