Thuniel Simbelmyne is a member of The Simbelmyne Family.
Thuniel met The Circle of Six in Quel during an investigation into the recent missing person reports and the Sleeping Sickness. She was instrumental in the discovery of Elias The Sculptor and his schemes. It was her that stuck the final blow at the request of Caia to slay the psychopath. She then proposed a mutually beneficial plan to help herself and the people who were victimized by Elias. She tells a tale of a guild of thieves and assassins named The Troupe. It is rumored they are holding auditions for membership. Part of the initiation process is to steal something from their vaults to prove your aptitude. Thuniel has heard of an artifact called "The Shroud of Ollandra" that is rumored to cure any sickness. Together they can steal the shroud and heal members of the town and Thuniel will gain membership in the guild.
This worried many members of The Six. Knowing Gilly Button had a contract out on her. Also suspecting Thuniel of nefarious motives. As a show of good faith, Thuniel retrieved the Death Note she had stored in Merräs saddle bags and burned it the fire. She then proposed once in the guild she could send false messages and leads to the seedy underground. Trying to lead them on a false chase to help Gilly clear her name and keep the heat off her. The Six agreed to the terms.
During the Audition Thuniel discovered her mentor Nyssa was asked by her Mother Maellewyn Simbelmyne to investigate who has a current bounty on Thuniel. Nyssa used her connection with Neville Sinclair to gain access to the Audtion to attempt to gain more information. She also learns she has a bounty on her now as well. Thuniel decides to join the remaining members of the Circle of Six after Brerenax and Aela are called to serve in the war in Ethios. They party decides to rebrand them selves as The Path of Nightshade.
While traveling to Lokenvale Thuniel used the vast knowledge to look into her father and parentage. She looked for elven bards in and around Blightfen 105 years ago. Several popular elven bards pop up over the course of the investigation. Erlan, Arbelladon Erlee, Rolim Venran, Ivasaur Caizana.

Brerenax used the spell speak with animals to have a conversation with the mare and find out if she is treated well. Meerä she said "I love my friend, she keeps me fed and clean. Sometimes too clean, I like to be dirty sometimes but she always cleans me up. She also gives me apples, those are my favorite. Carrots are good too but I like the Silverbottom apples."
