Novac
Novac is a city south of New Vegas and West of Nelson inside the Free Economic Zone of the Mojave. It is a common stop for merchants travelling throughout the region. Novac's most prominent feature is the large Dinky the Dinosaur at the edge of the town, which doubles as a sniper's nest for the town guard. Novac is used as a residence for many of the workers at the Destek Test Site and Helios One. It was settled sometime after the apocalypse, whatever it was known as before the war is no lost to time.
