Goodsprings

Goodsprings is a small mining town off of I-15, north of Primm and south of Sloan. Once a small community, its fortunes changes drastically in 2281, when they were responsible for digging the Courier out of a shallow grave. After a showdown with criminals and the rise of the Courier to fame, Goodsprings saw a bit of a revival, and some tourism. Then it boomed in 2288, when a prospector known only as Easy Pete discovered Lead on a stroll in the nearby area. Goodsprings quickly became the site of a Lead Rush, as the new Free Economic Zone of the Mojave needed bullets for its growing army. Still smaller than other towns in the area, Goodsprings is nonetheless a prosperous community.

Industry & Trade

Goodsprings is the site of a Lead Mine, and supplies this resource straight to the FEZ Army, and the Gun Runners.

Infrastructure

Goodsprings is a mix of metal and wood shacks and homes, and pre-war buildings, all centered around the general goods store, and the Saloon.

Points of interest

Goodsprings Cemetery has a small monument over the site of the Courier's shallow grave.

Tourism

Goodsprings gets thousands of tourists a year, all there to see the monument in the Goodsprings Cemetery, marking the site where the Courier was pulled out of a shallow grave.
