Nipton
Nipton is a large town along I-164, between Primm and Novac. It has a troubled past, as in 2281 Caesar's Legion slaughtered the town en-masse, sending a message to the New California Republic that they were not safe no matter how far from the Colorado River they were. After the Second Battle for Hoover Dam and the Raider War, Nipton began to be resettled, as travelers to New Vegas and Novac needed a place to rest along the way. By 2300 it had a population of a few hundred, most claim they've seen ghosts on more that one occasion.
Infrastructure
Nipton is a mix of old world buildings and modern metal and scrap, along with various trailers from the joined pre-war trailer park.
