Bozwell Tower

A once well renowned and respected wizard Boswell built this tower and enchanted it with a magic that shifted its appearance ever so slightly every few minutes, hundreds of years ago the tower began to change every few seconds instead with some incredibly unusual formations. Nobody had been able to gain access for a very long time until recently, where it is rumored that an adventuring group gained access and their actions brought the tower to a standstill like it is today.
There are no visible doors and windows nor any other form of access available, the tower remains eerily still and silent.
