Lake Pycon

large waterfalls to the north of the Groc Peaks feed directly into this large lake, roughly 10 miles in diameter. While it's not known exactly how deep it is, nobody has been able to reach the bottom. There are several shallower areas around the outer edges of the lake, gradually getting deeper the closer to the middle you get.
Surrounded by vast grassland and plantlife, several traders and residential plots can be found around the lake and further into the woods.
The waters of the lake are said to have magical properties and all kinds of beasts are rumoured to call it home. There is a whole field of study at the magic school in Fooks dedicated to studying the lake.
Boats can be rented from several places although the main location is where the lake borders Fooks. Perfect for some relaxation time.
