Zeleno Mountains

These mountains separate Ethea and Keemu and are the largest range on either continent, spanning the entire landmass north to south. Surrounded by wastelands and deserts on either side the mountains retain similar characteristics, actually becoming too hot for many life forms to survive long at all.
Thousands of years ago when climates were much cooler, many civilizations thrived in these mountains and land either side and the most skilled explorers can find ruins among the peaks from cooler times.
