Unpredictable magic floods: The Magic Surveillance Office has been reporting an erratic magic flow lately; there is terefore a risk for flood events to occur with little warning. Please take the time to talk with all inhabitants of your tower to emphasise the risks and the necessity of paying attention to the alarm bells regardless of the absence of forecasts.
Obedience: More and more people are ignoring the alarm bells if they are not preceded by forecast posters, or they choose to only avoid the floors predicted to be affected by the flood rather than go up to their central gathering point. While their trust in the Magic Surveillance Office is flattering, our predictive technology is still experimental and sometimes lacks precision, therefore this behaviour should be avoided.
Foreign interferences: There has lately been many rumours of neighbouring fief lords and ladies interfering with the natural flow of magic to redirect floods outside of their borders. While currently unsubstantiated, the possibility should not be entirely dismissed and a careful watch need to be kept on our own borders.
