Pluarsh ec Relovut

Pluarsh Ec Relovut (Swamp that is Reclaimed/Reclaimed Swamp) is an area of swampland located in Tympi's Forest. The camp led by Ilven and her Ilven's Court known as Thera Relovut is located within this swamp.
It has a host of natural and magical defenses to keep trespassers away from the main camp and to protect the citizens/wildlife that can be found within it.

Geography

This swamp is a rather wretched place. When it isn't raining there is still a small amount of standing water to be seen throughout the land only separated by small hills and slightly elevated flatter terrain.
The standing water is stagnant, muddy, and sometimes filled with other filth like rotting flesh or waste.
The swamp stretches out for about 60 miles in all directions from Thera Relovut.

Localized Phenomena

While the plants and certain animals are strange enough in this swamp, there are also some further unusual phenomena.
Due to the high amounts of stagnant water and rainfall, this swamp is an ideal place to find certain Weather Spirits like Uisge. The Spiritual Travelers encountered such a spirit on Nurend 16, 308 in the middle of a particularly bad rainstorm.
Additionally, while it may or may not be common, Sinkholes appear to be possible at the very least. While fighting several Death Blossoms, the Spiritual Travelers witnessed a sinkhole open up right beneath them. This Sinkhole had a pit at its center which was filled with a strange darkness similar to what was seen in The Well of Darkness and in the Spiritual Travelers' vision of Tympi's Disappearance.
The perimeter of the swamp is guarded by a spirit known as Lemostodrensa. It appears to be a wall capable of preventing any egress or ingress to protect the swamp's natural order.

Fauna & Flora

Pluarsh ec Relovut is home to many different plants and animals.
Most of the animals in this swamp are fairly mundane. While they share the unusual characteristics of most of what can be seen in Tympi's Forest, there doesn't seem to be much beyond the ordinary mammals, snakes, salamandars, insects and so forth.
The plants in this swamp, however, are far from mundane. Agave has aleady located a source of Societea and the Spiritual Travelers were most recently attacked by some vines that attempted to drag them into the forest. These vines were revealed to be attached to a sentient plant known as a Death Blossom.

History

This swamp was apparently the site of Elven experiments long ago. The Prison Beneath Thera Relovut revealed some shocking history about the area, and a map leading further north suggests there might be something important in the northern portion of the swamp.
About 50 years ago, it was "reclaimed" from Croak by Ilven as an attempt to show her independence and desire to rule over Tympi's Forest along with a sign of rebellion against Croak's leadership.
The Spiritual Travelers were held prisoner beneath the camp of Thera Relovut before escaping and finding their way through this swamp between Nurend 16, 308 and Nurend 17, 308.
