Dragonroost
Nestled up against the side of a cliff in the thinnest part of already narrow pass, the town of Dragonroost is best known for its hippogriff hatchery. The town slopes up sharply from the road to the cliff, with a narrow path leading up along a small portion of the cliffs to the hatchery, before hundreds of feet of near impassible cliffs block further movement. Aside from this, Dragonroost is mostly a trading town, providing supplies to passing merchants and travalers, while also producing small amounts of wool and some metal from a nearby mine. It is part of the province of Hektanpolis in the Aurean Empire.
