Death Reach Mountains
A massive mountain range thought to have been created by the battle between two or more deities. This mountain range separates The Eastlands from the rest of Oros.
Geography
This mountain range extends from the frozen north edge of Oros to halfway down the eastern coast of Oros. The mountains here are the tallest in Oros rising steeply up into the clouds. Passing the mountain range is near impossible and before the fall of Hollowholt the airships would fly around the mountains to the south east to avoid crashing into one of the mountain peaks hidden in the clouds.
Localized Phenomena
The weather here is often very windy and most mountains are snowcapped. There are also fields of chaotic magic and fields of anti-magic.
Natural Resources
It has be rumored that the mountains could be a great source of metals and gems waiting to be mined. However, nearly all of those who attempt a mining operation never return.
