The city is run by a monarchy. The rule of the monarchy extends up to the southern border of The Second Oriana Imperium and down to the Blightfell Bog, including the city of Bradellin.
History
Whiten was built in an abandoned ancient elven city. Most of the city was badly destroyed other than several palaces and the large outer wall, all built of whitestone and marble. It is not known when the city was resettled, but it has been lived in for at least the past 1,500 years, with the population fluctuating over time. It wasn't until after The Scouring when the city began to grow to its large size.
