Aeroch Nor
A bustling mecca of craftsmanship in the northern reaches of Ederaa, where both humans and dwarves pool their knowledge and expertise. This cooperation between humans and dwarves has been a keystone of the city since the two races met.
City Of Craftsmen
In the distant past, this city was a sparsely populated dwarven settlement. Originally created as part of an extensive trade route to gather resources they could not find in their homeland, prior to the Sundering, the majority of the population moved south to Dalanzangad. The remaining dwarves lived in relative isolation, with only occasional contact with Hlífjall, until they made contact with the humans of Ederaa hundreds of years later. Its Own Country
Both Ederaan and dwarven traditions exist side by side here, and a large majority of the residents are bilingual. The Ederaans who live here are less religious then their countrymen, and both the church and the Sanguine Order have very little influence here as a result.Custom-made Products
Raw materials are shipped here and crafted into a wide variety of tools, jewelery, weapons, and trade goods. Then they are shipped downriver, through the Everchanging Forest to Crayfish Wharf, where it is then shipped by boat around the world. The Pursuit Of Safety
While there are a pair of watch towers at the southern gate into the city, and a well-maintained militia, the city has relatively sparse defenses. The Pursuit Of Profit
A council of tradesmen, one from each area of expertise, meets every week to discuss and solve issues that the city has encountered. Other then this, the various guilds manage themselves. The Pursuit Of Knowledge
Is well known for its university, which employs celebrated experts from many disciplines.
