A village just outside the Vale of Eternal Strife.

History

Originally settled during the war against the Elves as a military camp to supply the army in the Vale of Eternal Strife. Once the war ended, business in the town slowed to a crawl, leaving a handful of permanent residents.

Points of Interest

Other than a large tavern and a couple sparsely populated houses, this town is abandoned. The tavern ekes out a living by providing shelter and food to those making the journey to the memorial. The few permanent residents here are dwarves tasked with maintaining the mausoleum. This place is also sometimes used as a hideout by adventurers or fugitives.
