Runestone Tavern
After the elves learned from the magic improving properties of the Azuremist, they started experimenting with various spells and items. When one of the students gave birth to a highly magically gifted child, the Lodge of the Seven sent selected females to live inside the tavern while with child. It was kept a secret from the "normal crowd" and nearly all the children born this way ended being trained for a bright future in the high academies and other leading roles.
