Council's Hall

In times of trouble or crisis the heads of the different clans are holding their meetings in the Council's Hall. Outside of political needs, the hall is rented out to various clans to hold their festivities. Otherwise, the council hall is rarely used, the various leaders governing their own lands without interference.
