Stormkeep

Originally constructed to safeguard the knowledge of the kingdom in case something dangerous came through the portal. Once a thriving place with hundreds of people working here as scribes and cartographers, it now lies mostly abandoned due to the creation of the permanent storm around it. Thought by the populace to be the result of weather magic gone awry, it is actually caused by the Storm Dragon. Only a handful of Scribes still keeps the place intact and all the new findings and history written down.
