Maiden Lake

The Maiden Lake forms the terminus of the Qos River between mainland southeast Ustraria and the Qos Spear, on the eastern side of the Rivens. It is somewhat smaller than Lake Womander but around the same latitude.   As one of the country's only freshwater lakes it is a popular retreat during peacetime, particularly the quaint town of Tiurthe. During the War of the Six it was one of the main sources of fresh water for Pact of the Blessèd forces.
