Qos River (KOSS)

The Qos River (or simply 'the Qos') is a short river running from the Eizunuth Well to nearly the southern border of Ustraria with Unenshuut, and has a slightly south-southwest path. It runs along Korzhûn's east side. Along with the Praethin, it serves as one of Ustraria's supplies of fresh water and is the root of a handful of aqueducts. It ends in the Maiden Lake.
The Qos is also notable for dividing the land with the Tubisqu and Eleqos to create a sharp peninsula known as the Qos Spear, which saw significant activity during the War of the Six.

Geography

The Qos' upper half is deeper than its southern half, and it is generally also a narrow river. Its swifter current ultimately becomes gentler until it ends at the small but deep Maiden Lake near the Rivens and the southern border.
