Silent Tower
This stone behemoth has fallen into ruin. Set upon a hill, the remains of a long gone structure at the base, Silent Tower is said to have been constructed before the time of the Elves arrival. Beneath run tunnels of dungeons, depicting an ancient prison of some sort. Now, the tower is a ruin - bits of it falling apart and the structure at it's base a set of crumbling walls.
In modern day Silent Tower is used a meeting point and stopping point for those in between the northern cities and the Hilt. It's been known to be a bit of a monster hive as well, it's dungeons making a suitable lair for many different beasts.
