Spireflat
Spireflat is a mining town north of the corpse, situated in the dry badlands of the Hydra Mesa. Spireflat is out of the way and doesn't see many visitors. Its position has excluded it from the government of the Hilt and requiem as a whole, gaining it a secluded reputation. Many outlaws head to Spireflat to avoid the law, and this has led to its popularity with bounty hunters. Spireflats old mines surrounding it, built into the spires of the mesa, work as homes for those trying to stay out of jail.
Spireflat breeds and trains basilisks, often selling them to bounty hunters.

Spireflat has an extremely mixed population, though its slim majority is halfling.
Government
Spireflat is run by its mayor, who also holds rank of guard captain. Its mayor is appointed by the Lord of the Hills.
