Phoenix

Phoenix is a massive city/ruin in central Arizona, in the heart of Caesar's Legion. The entire metro area of the region is still mostly ruins, save the center of the pre-war city, which has since been seeing reconstruction, with walls and new buildings. Despite this rebuilding, the entire region is still considered resident of the Legion, with a population of nearly 1 million.
Phoenix is also known as the birthplace of Caesar Aurelius.
