Þatal Plains
The Þatal Plains1 cover much of southwestern Adynía, bordering Larúnas to the northwest, the western tip of the Sjorgús Mountains ridge to the north, Marissía to the northeast and the coast of Silver Sea to the south. The easternmost part of the plains -called Húris- forms a subregion due to being claimed by the Kingdom of Marissía.
Outside of Húris, the plains are the home of the elven Þataleans, scattered nomadic tribes whose allegiance amongst themselves and their neighbours is constantly shifting.

Fauna & Flora
Pheasants, hares, marmots, wolves and wild donkeys are a common sight on the plains. The þatalean bear, once found throughout the region, has now been reduced to small pockets along the northern edges after being hunted to near extinction by ancient larúnean hunters.
