Záal
Núrakic:
Záal is a mostly forested region in northwestern Adynía, between the Silver Sea coast to the west and the Darka Mountains foothills to the east, bordering the Meldon Plain to the south and Áal to the north. The native Záali tribes are generally not as warlike as their Áali neighbors up north, the coastal tribes especially preferring to trade with merchants from Núrak, buying metals, grains and woolen cloth in exchange for amber, hides and intricately carved objects made of wood or bone.

Geography
Záal forms the southern half of the great boreal forests of northwestern Adynía along with Áal. The woods are densest along the coast, gradually becoming sparser to the east and south, with a narrow strip of shrubland forming the boundary with the Meldon Plain.
