Wild Mountains
The Wild Mountains1 are the tallest in all of Adynía, located in the northeastern part of the continent. The mountains are home to a number of nomadic and sedentary tribes of mostly human or orcish origin, collectively known as Wild Mountains Tribes, and are also original homeland of the Dwarves.
Over the millennia, tribes from this region have migrated southwards -driven by unusually harsh weather, overpopulation, famines or pressure from other tribes- and settled as far as Gysikan, often supplanting or merging with the native cultures and shifting the balance of power considerably in the process.

Geography
The Wild Mountains are a prominent landmark in northeastern Adynía, dividing the region into two distinct biomes, namely the woodlands that make up Úrún and Ytis to the south, and the vast, uninhabited tundra to the north.
Mt. Kotrax and the Lakú Mountains in Gráhúlysía to the west are technically part of the mountain range.

Fauna & Flora
Most of the fauna and flora is restricted to river valleys, especially in the western and southern parts of the mountains. Though mostly found on the tundra to the north, Arctic Lions are found in the Wild Mountains as well, particularly the northern parts, while lynxes are more common elsewhere.
