Slovia
The fertile plains of Slovia are divided into many principalities that are (weakly) united under Prince Edmund’s throne. The Slovians are almost always threatened by wars because they have hostile neighbours to the north, east and west. A great standing army, mainly consisting of mercenaries and knights, defends the country and Slovia’s close ally, Anari.

The people of Slovia have a great faith in the benevolence of their leadership. Infighting in the royal family stays hidden and citizens would be shocked to learn of the infighting among the nobility. For their part, the nobility take great pains to conceal their own issues.
Agriculture & Industry
Slovian farmers keep sheep and cotton, supporting a rich cloth and textile industry. An equal number of farmers raise grains and vegetables that feed the citizenry.
