Vexor Lucian Corvance, also known simply as Vexx, is a notorious figure known for using underhanded tactics to influence city officials, either through enticing them with greed or instilling fear. What sets him apart is his ability to successfully train the formidable ire wyvern without succumbing to its lethal nature. He wields this infamous wyvern as a tool of intimidation, using it to coerce or eliminate those who oppose his schemes or interfere with his operations.
Although he has secretly gained the support of numerous city officials, he is aware that he has also earned the enmity of the citizens in many cities. As a result, he chose to take refuge in the Forgotten Forest, a place known for its challenging terrain and elusive nature, making it difficult for anyone to track him down.
After many years of carrying out his operations, the Rayhaven Dragonguard made a formal appeal to the entire alliance to designate him as "hostis humani generis" or "an enemy of mankind". This designation effectively authorizes anyone from any nation to pursue and capture or kill him and bring him to a nation or the Dragonguard, either dead or alive.
