Pirate Tales: Harboring a Necrodrake
One pirate crew harbored a Necrodrake onboard their ship. They would unleash the drake to strike fear into the people they were raiding. Additionally, the drake was used to dispose of any evidence if the victims resisted, ensuring no trace was left behind.
However, in order to force the Necrodrake consume fresh flesh, they had to deprive it of food. Unfortunetly, this only served to enrage the drake. As a result, its behavior became increasingly unpredictable and uncontrollable.
While the crew was returning from a raid, the drake managed to break free from its cage and began to rip and tear any pirate it saw on the ship. Faced with the terrifying rampage of the Necrodrake, many crew members had no choice but to leap into the sea in a desperate bid to escape its wrath.
As the vessel continued its journey towards the coast, it finally reached the beach. What remained was a horrifying scene that no one should ever witness. The Necrodrake leaped from the ship, bared its teeth at the group of pirates gathered on the shore, and swiftly disappeared into the inland wilderness.
I saw that monstrous creature on the beach. That thing was not its normal dark color, but pure fucking red.
When it jumped onto the beach, it looked like a goddamn demon!
I hope whoever was ordered to clean up that mess negotiated a higher wage.
You could hear faint screams in the distance as it rampaged. It still haunts me when I sleep.
The howling wind at night on a ship sounds like the sreams of their spirits.
